Key Lime Pie Shake- because summer is here!

It’s that time of year when the weather is calling you to start playing in the sun.  Like most of us, we are regretting the decisions made in the winter months, the eating, drinking, and the forgotten New Years “get in shape” goals.  To get you in the spirit of bikini season, we’ve concocted a healthy protein drink that will give your taste buds the illusion of a key lime cocktail!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Banana, peeled
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/2 unsqueezed, peeled lime
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 Graham Cracker crushed into crumbs
  • 2 cups ice

Directions:

Blend all ingredients in blender till smooth consistency.  Pour into glass.  Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.  Stick in a paper straw and enjoy!
