Your item(s) will then be matched with the correct onsite machine needed for personalization. The in-house process takes only one to two hours, depending on the amount of product ordered, and may be picked up and taken home the same day. The couples come into the store to speak with one of our associates about the products they desire, the sytle of design, fonts and colors they have agreed upon. We then create a personalized virtual online store for family and friends to visit when shopping.
